1. Processing Time

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
  • Vintage items often require extra care and custom packaging to ensure safe delivery.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Packaging & Handling

To protect fragile and aged pieces, we may use:

  • Double boxing
  • Extra padding or cushioning
  • Reinforced wrapping for glass, ceramics, and delicate materials

Packaging may be reused or recycled to stay eco-friendly while keeping your item safe.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, fragility, and destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Delivery times are provided by carriers and cannot be guaranteed.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.


5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Because we ship irreplaceable vintage pieces:

  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to them.
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or carrier-damaged packages.
  • Claims for damage should be filed directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

We’re always happy to guide you through the claims process or provide documentation if needed.


7. International Shipping

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Customs delays may occur—this is outside our control.
  • Some vintage materials may be restricted in certain countries (e.g., wood, animal-based materials); we will notify you if an issue arises.

8. Multiple Items

If you purchase multiple vintage items, they may ship separately depending on size, fragility, or packaging requirements. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain delicate items may only be eligible for domestic shipping due to fragility or carrier limitations. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
